A visit to the Holt Hotel is incomplete without sampling our wonderful food and dining facilities. Du Vall’s Restaurant offers a la carte dining 7 days a week, and you can also enjoy breakfast and Sunday carvery.

Highwayman’s Bar is open for drinks and relaxation daily, or a spot of light lunch.

Weather permitting, guests can also enjoy a meal or afternoon tea in our sun soaked courtyard garden.

Our famous Sunday carvery is back.

All the same premium cuts of meat will be available along with the trimmings and a range of delicious starters and desserts to choose from. Starters and desserts will be a la carte and our carvery will be plated by our chefs and delivered to your table.
